Private Booking: If one of the members of your group is late, you have two options:

  1. Start the game without them at the booked time: Late players will not be able to join in once the game has started.
  2. Wait for them to arrive: Game time may be cut short if the following time slot is booked.

If you arrive late, you will not receive a refund. However, we would be happy to assist you in rescheduling.

Please refer to our terms and conditions here.

Nevertheless, the VR headsets have adjustment tabs under each lens that allow you to adjust focus to compensate for approximately +1 to -3.8 diopters.

Of course, if you would like us to take photos and/or videos of you while playing, we’d gladly do so using your phone and with your consent.
